What’s your favorite form of cardio? Me personally I’ve recently fell in love with the jump rope (despite still overcoming plantar fasciitis ). . . I’ll grab my @rxsmartgear rope, rip my @liveherocomplex preworkout, throw on my big a$$ headphones with some tunes, and get to steppin. . . For me it’s simple, convenient, and fun. Not a day goes by where my right knee isn’t holding onto inflammation (Two ACL and meniscus surgeries ). . . Every single day it’s sore, some level of swollen, and it’s annoying. There are options like stem cell, plasma therapy, red light, etc. It all can get very expensive and time consuming for someone like me who would need it constantly. . . If you check my story, I posted a statistic from a study stating that 90% of what we worry about actually never happens. . . Idk about you, but I’ll take those odds all day long. Granted, it’s good to worry a little bit, having “good stress” is a positive, it helps us perform. But we should never worry to the point that it immobilizes us. . . A friend of mine sent me a tweet by @garyvee that said “People love using strategy as a disguise for non-action. At the time, I read it and thought “nah mf’er I’m active af, no one works harder than me”, but that wasn’t the point. . . The point was that I was trying to come up with a million ideas and new things for my “strategy” that I was losing touch with all the little things that helped me build my success to this point. . . This message will hit everyone a little differently, but take from it what you can, especially if you’re an entrepreneur and/or someone who gets lost in the sauce with the million tasks they need handle. . . What’s your remedy? . . Fitness and working out has always been one of mine. Ever since I hit the age of 13, it’s been my go to, my escape, my release, my remedy all in one. . . Cannabis and CBD has been a part of my life since I was 18. When I’m stressed, it helps set me right. When I have anxiety, it brings it from level 9/10 to level 2/10. When I can’t sleep, it helps calm my nerves so I can have quality sleep. When I’m achy af, and sore from all the beating my body has taken, it relieves all of that. And for that I’m grateful. . . Friends and Family and socializing with them feeds my soul. Those quality interactions with quality people that have morals in line with mine. . . 🔥PLANTAR FASCIITIS🔥 . . This bs has plagued me for the past 6 months, so I figured I’d share a little insight on how I’ve been recovering and show you some tips . . Slide 2 basically gives an explanation of what plantar fasciitis is . . Slide 3 is by far my favorite stretch of them all, and the one I’ve seen the best results from . . Slide 4 is another good one, stretching the Achilles and the muscles/tendons around your area of pain . . Slide 5 emphasizes mobility with your ankles, that will help with relief . . Slide 6 is a way to strengthen your feet, you can scrunch a towel as an option as well . . Slide 7 is almost the same as slide 3, just sitting down . . Slide 8 emphasizes massaging and loosening up the muscles around that area . . Comment and share if you appreciate this!

This #plantbasedvegan diet has been a rollercoaster for the first 6 weeks. But I’m learning more about my body which is 🔑🔑. . . My training, muscle mass, and strength has definitely suffered a little, but I know exactly how to structure it now so they don’t suffer. . .
